Meet the Director

Amy Taylor, co owner of Burnit Studio, has enjoyed a 20 year career as a professional film and video editor, and has since translated that career into directing, writing, shooting and editing video productions with a variety of destinations from big screens to the web.  She worked in Seattle, New York City, and Miami, and in Miami she owned and was senior editor at Third Eye Video, a post production facility that served Miami's advertising agencies and film production companies.  In addition to teaching post production courses at the Miami Ad School, Amy contracted with Tektronix and other manufacturers as an instructor and trade show representative worldwide.

In 1997 Amy and her husband moved to the Portland area, where their two sons were born  Both Amy and Robert speak fluent Spanish.
